Meet Leslie K.
Leslie K. joined Royal LePage Foothills in February 2003. She has been very active in her time with Royal LePage. Leslie is often found in the monthly list of the “Ten Top Professionals” featured in the Calgary Herald. In January, 2005 she was awarded the “Master Sales Achievement” award for outstanding sales in 2004. The Master Sales Achievement is awarded to the top 11th to 20th percentile of the Royal LePage sales force.
The Calgary Real Estate Board implemented a new software program to operate the MLS system in the fall of 2003. Although Leslie K. was relatively new to the business, she quickly became familiar with the program and began tutoring agents in the Royal LePage Foothills office. Leslie K. continues to tutor realtors having difficulty entering their listings or needing help to take full advantage of the new system. She often tutors seasoned realtors on the various computer programs available to realtors.
Leslie 
K. is one of the few Royal LePage Foothills realtors to have completed the nationally recognized Royal LePage e-agent courses. This course requires the completion of approximately eighteen hours of computer classes in order to demonstrate a degree of computer efficiency. Leslie K. uses her proficiency on computers to give her clients the leading edge whether purchasing or marketing their homes.
Royal LePage Foothills associates enjoy the benefit of a mall kiosk at Southcentre mall where Royal LePage Foothills listings are featured. Leslie K. and one other realtor manage this kiosk. Leslie K. selects properties and orders feature sheets, helps schedule staff and works to ensure proper operation of the site.
With over 20 years experience in the engineering field, a solid background in home construction, surveys and condominium/subdivision developments, Leslie’s life experiences make real estate a good career choice. Leslie K. has also designed, built and renovated homes. As the owner/operator of a retail business for over 15 years, Leslie K. has developed excellent marketing and advertising strategies as well as impeccable organizational skills.
